"When you have a diversity of plants, the more likely you will have something growing all the time."
Mark Hollenbeck

Family members Hadley, Elli, Suzanne, Mark, Hunter, and Mackenzie Hollenbeck.

The Hollenbecks manage their grasslands to promote healthy soil and the return of nourishing, healthy, native plants for their operation. The South Dakota Grassland Coalition (SDGC) partnered with the organizations listed below to enhance the Grassland Planner with a release of a short video story each month during 2022 promoting healthy soils, grasslands, and ecosystems. Please enjoy the "Our Amazing Grasslands" feature story for September 2022.
